Mark is a Chartered Accountant by profession, completing his articles at Price Waterhouse. He has extensive experience in Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Structured Finance, International Tax and Treasury. He has worked for Allied Bank, Rand Merchant Bank, Barlcays (Africa) Plc and First National Bank. Mark assisted in the listing of Company on the Main Board of the JSE, establishing the company’s operations from the ground up, as acting Financial Director. Mark managed the company through two reporting periods, with clean audit reports. Mark consults to the business community and has acted as the interim CEO of a company that was in business rescue. Mark is currently the group CFO of the Sectional Title Solutions Group of Companies and is the Company Secretary of Bright Light Solar VCC Ltd.
